# The Commandeer Open-Source Team Submission Process
We value the open-source software development community tremendously. We have been using it and have been a part of it for many, many years. By offering free usage of our tools, we want to give back by offering efficiency gains across a large number of cloud services for your team.
- Download Commandeer - Available on Mac, Windows, and Linux
- Go through our Onboarding
- Press the Create Team Button in the top right of the app
- Authenticate with GitHub
- Name your Team (use the name of the repo as your team name if possible)
- Add our Github Badge to your README on GitHub (See code below)
- Email ivonne@getcommandeer.com - she will get you setup with a free account, and you will be able to invite your team to it, and they will also get free accounts
